Cancelling a membership
Go to My account and press Cancel membership. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can also cancel UPI AutoPay mandates in your UPI app.
30-day money-back promise
If you are not happy within 30 days of your first membership payment, email [email protected] and we will refund that payment in full. Later renewals can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal and have not downloaded the new packs.
Bundles and puzzle e-books
Digital downloads cannot be returned, but if a file is faulty or you were charged twice, we will fix it or refund you. Contact us within 30 days.
School licences
Schools can cancel within 14 days of the invoice for a full refund if pupils have not started using the licence.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval, through Razorpay or Stripe.
